Google Maps - Get an API

The Google Maps service uses JavaScript to define what map appears on the page

The easiest way of adding a map to any web site is to use the ones provided by Google. With a few short lines of JavaScript you can display the map of your choice on your web site. Before you can use Google Maps though you need to register yous site with their service and obtain an API code to use with it.
