There are some things that you want to keep visible on the page even when it is scrolled and some older browsers don't support position:fixed
In this third tutorial on JavaScript animation we look at how we can set up a section of the page to maintain a fixed position in the browser with the rest of the page scrolling behind it.

I’m trying to use the dialog box alert substitute javascript that is available at the URL entered above. I’m having a problem with it working. Is there a place where I could find more on how it should be implemented? Thank you.
