Scrolling With the Page

There are some things that you want to keep visible on the page even when it is scrolled and some older browsers don't support position:fixed

In this third tutorial on JavaScript animation we look at how we can set up a section of the page to maintain a fixed position in the browser with the rest of the page scrolling behind it.
