Perpetual Motion

JavaScript can do things on the web page that do not have a parallel in the real world.

It may be contrary to the laws of physics and so can't happen in the "real" world but perpetual motion is possible on the web. The twelfth tutorial in the web page animation series shows you how to keep an object on the page moving by getting the object to return to where it started after the destination is reached.
