Since the information as to which answer is correct is concealed in the two numbers on the front of the entry you cannot directly edit the entry to change which answer is the correct one.
Instead you will need to recreate the question and answers that you want to reorganise by re-entering those questions and answers into the quiz maker. Once you have generated the new quiz question you can then substitute it in place of the old one.
