This quiz is a multi page variant of my "fill in the blanks" quiz. With this version your visitor doesn't have to get all of the answers on a page right before the next page loads. Instead the score from the current page and the overall score so far are passed from page to page.
You can have as many blanks in the text as you want, you just create a separate drop down list for each. Once someone has made all their selections they then press a "Go" button to move to the next page of the quiz.
