Applet

Definition: An Applet object is automatically created for each of the applet tags on a web page This is not a reserved word so you can declare your own variable or function called Applet but if you do then you will not be able to access the applets on the page from JavaScript. This should not be an issue since all applets ought to have been converted to use object tags by now.
