ClearInterval

Definition: The clearInterval method is available on window objects. It is used to clear a delay to a function that was set using setInterval(). This is not a reserved word so you can declare your own variable or function called clearInterval but if you do then you will not be able to use the method.
Examples:
window.clearInterval(intervalID);
