Definition: The personalbar property allows you to reference the personal bar (or links bar) in the browser in order to test whether it is visible or not. With most browsers this is a read only field. This is not a reserved word so you can declare your own variable or function called personalbar but if you do then you will not be able to access that part of the browser.
